dsc_0720Our program is based on underlying research that regular physical activity can positively impact students in many ways, from the playing field to the classroom, particularly in areas of self-esteem, academic performance, concentration, and cooperation with peers.

Students progress in our carefully graduated program in which locomotion and motor skills, such as juggling, are introduced at an early age. These skills are then refined with team building through organized intramural and interscholastic league games.

Sports available to our students include flag football, volleyball, volley tennis, soccer, basketball, cross-country, track and field, softball, lacrosse, field hockey, paddle tennis, golf, and swimming.
